You may return any item purchased on www.maisonfreyahaimi.com within 14 days from the delivery date, from the same country where the order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Items that are worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Items delivered in dust bags must be returned inside them, as these are considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging provided with your order when returning any item.
Maison Freya Haimi reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the return conditions stated above.

How to Return an Item

Include your invoice (received with your order) inside the parcel and complete the return form included in your shipment.
If you no longer have the form, please provide the necessary details by email.
Once prepared, hand your parcel to the courier upon collection.
If you are requesting a size exchange, please indicate the new size required in the form or your email.
If you are requesting a return, kindly specify the reason — this information helps us improve our service.
Return Status
Returns collected from your home may take several days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, or in the case of an exchange, when your replacement item has been shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for your purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your country or payment provider.
Your parcel may take 5–7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received and verified, we will process your refund within 48 business hours.
You will receive an email once the refund has been completed.
After that, the amount should appear in your account within 3–12 business days, depending on your bank.
