If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and the customer requests a refund, the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Our handling time is 2–4 business days, meaning your order will typically be dispatched within this period.

Although we aim to meet the indicated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If delivery exceeds 30 days, you are entitled to cancel your order. Before completing your purchase, you will be informed of the estimated delivery date, and once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery details.

6. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that all returned items are in the same condition as received — new, unused, and in their original packaging — in order to be eligible for a refund.

Maison Freya Haimi guarantees a full refund for returned items, provided they mee the above conditions.

Items must not be damaged, worn, washed, altered, or used (except for trying them on), and all labels must remain intact.
