Maison Freya Haimi offers worldwide shipping and returns through FedEx. You will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details once your order has been handed to the courier.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxeslevied by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices displayed on product and listing pages include EU VAT, but exclude import duties or additional local taxes where applicable.
• For Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be charged upon arrival.
• For the United States and all non-EU countries, duties and taxes are also not included and will be collected by local customs authorities upon arrival.
Maison Freya Haimi will not cover any additional customs or tax charges incurred upon import.
Refused Delivery
If an order is refused upon delivery, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
